Where can i buy bread?
Bread can be purchased every Saturday at the HOG farm in Brookhaven 10am-1pm
Bread can also be purchased at Its Only Natural in Bellport village as well as Delfiore Italian Pork Store in Patchogue village every Saturday and Sunday.
Where is the FLour From? Is it organic?
All flour used is certified organic, stone milled and from local NY farms and mills. Farmer Ground Flour and Champlain Valley Milling have been staples in the bakery. Fresh flour that is milled in the bakery as needed is used as well.

what is the BEst way to store the bread?
Please do not store bread in the refrigerator, it will dry out faster this way.
If planning to use within a few days, wrap the bread in a linen tea towel or bees wrap and place cut side down on the counter.
Slicing and freezing work well, in addition to freezing whole loaves. When ready to use the whole loaf preheat the oven to 450, place on a rack and bake.
Rinsing the outside with water and baking in a preheated oven can help revive stale bread.
